Message for Distributors!!!

Our recent launch with direct mail samples has received an overwhelming response by many of you.  Please know that we will be responding to each of you as soon as we can.  To help answer some of the most common questions, we are sharing the answers here:

• Is the pricing we received in the mail net charge?

  YES.  The pricing you have received in the mail reflects your special distributor net pricing.  Here is our product catalog List Pricing:

• Does the pricing include the laser engraving?

  The price includes the single sided (approx.  0.75"x0.75" logo area) laser engraving.  However, there is still the set-up/re-run charge.  individual poly bag included.  Did you know?....We are also including FREE SHIPPING (10,000 min volume) to a single location in the U.S. as part of this launch promotion!

• What if we don't want the laser engraving and will do the customization ourselves?

  No problem.  We can leave the front of key blank, but the "pat. pending Brewzkey" in tiny print must remain on the back side along the teeth of the key.  The cost of the key is then reduced by $0.05 each.

• What if I want larger volumes?

  No problem.  We will work with you to get customized pricing for larger volumes.

• How do I know you won't sell it directly to one of our customers at a lower cost?

  We want distributors to sell our product because it's the most effective way to get our Brewzkey in the hands of customers.  All we can do is work together and establish an open and honest relationship where we share customer info when appropriate.  We will always ask if the end-user works with an existing distributor and if they do, we will require that the customer work with that distributor directly.  The distributors' account, of course, needs to be in good standing.  Our suggestion is to make sure you let us know what customers you are working with as that will also help avoid conflicts.  BUT, HERE"S THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON TO BE CONFIDENT in the price you are given:  WE DO NOT OFFER distributor pricing to end-user customers... PERIOD.

• What are your payment terms?

  For 1st time orders, we require 50% with order and then 50% upon shipment.  For international companies, we require full payment 1st time.  All subsequent orders are net 30 for all customers.
